Meet the Founder

Preston Campbell – Coach, Creator, and Life Architect

Growing up, I was very out of touch with reality. I was placed on an IEP in school with several learning disabilities, I wasn’t grounded in my identity, and I had no clear sense of direction for my future.

At 17 years old, something shifted. I became aware that if I didn’t take responsibility for my development, nothing would change. That realization sparked a commitment to take control of my life and pursue growth intentionally.

I began studying how progress actually works, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I analyzed the patterns that build confidence, reinforce discipline, and form identity over time.

Over time, those observations became structured. What started as personal self-examination eventually developed into what is now the 1+2=3 Strategy, a framework for breaking down growth into something digestible and applicable.

My journey shifted from trying to “find myself” to learning how to build myself.

That process shaped my desire to serve others. Not by telling them who to become, but by helping them understand their internal world, strengthen their discipline, and build foundations that support long-term growth.

The First Venture: Egoless Adventures

At 21, I launched my first venture called Egoless Adventures.

It focused on life coaching. I was teaching emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the importance of building healthy beliefs and boundaries. I believed that if people understood how their thoughts and emotions shaped their behavior, they could build confidence without ego and strength without insecurity.

At the time, I was passionate and driven, but I was still developing my own structure.

As I worked with people, I began to recognize gaps in my approach. I had vision, but I needed refinement. I had conviction, but I needed a functional system.

Egoless Adventures was an early prototype. It explored one layer of development, but as I continued studying and working with people, I recognized the system needed to be multidimensional.

That realization widened my perspective and laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Youniversal Foundations.

The Birth of Youniversal Foundations

The name Younivesal Foundations comes from two ideas:

         1. Everything I teach comes from universal languages—sports, music, life, and gaming.

         2. Growth begins at the foundation, mastering the basics and building from there.

I came to understand that connection goes beyond words. It exists in body language, emotional awareness, tone, rhythm, shared objectives, and collective effort. These are all mediums for life’s never-ending progress bar: self-awareness.

We all have limitless potential. The day will never come when we stop learning more about ourselves and how we fit into the life around us. Youniversal Foundations is designed to be a platform for people to stay in constant growth and self-discovery.

Join Us

Youniversal Foundations is still evolving.

The work continues. The system refines. The environment grows.

I remain committed to building structures that make growth clear, intentional, and sustainable.

Preston is a great coach, not just because he gets the best out of people, but because of how he does it. He understands every athlete is unique which makes the training feel very personal. When I’m training with him, he gives me space to express myself in conversations and in drills, which allows me to find the rhythm and confidence needed to push me out of my comfort zone. He walks with me through the process instead of just handing out drills. His unique style breeds confidence and sets him apart.

Pro Athlete
Preston is one of the smartest people you’ll meet, combining technical training with mental and life skills. Our 14-year-old has trained with him for 2–3 years, and the growth in his personal life and athletic life has been incredible. We are constantly reminding our family about the lessons Coach Preston has taught us. We’d recommend Preston 100/100 times.
